Service friendly. The food mediocre. Rocket old, wilted and already yellow. An impudence.

The location is very well located on the lake with a connection to the museum. There is nothing to be said against the food and drinks, the prices can perhaps be justified by the location. What doesn't work at all, however, is the way it works when you visit the locality. After entering the restaurant, we sat down at one of the numerous free tables and waited 20 minutes from this point on, despite moderate activity, until we were finally spoken to shortly before leaving the restaurant in anger. In the meantime, we were able to dispel the impatience of watching the waiters strolling through the bar, bored and blasé. Eye contact was not made either to our table or to anyone else, after which it was again time to wait until the cake was served - another 20 minutes. There wasn't that much to do, the cake didn't have to be baked especially for us. When we wanted to pay, there was again no one to speak to. All gesturing and waving didn't help - everyone's eyes wandered over those present. Not a good business model either: if you don't even come by the table and ask, you're selling less. Well, we called at the bar, yes, someone would be coming soon. What didn't happen. A second time we asked at the same counter to be allowed to pay. At last we wondered if we should try to hit the bill to get attention. In the end, a very bored waitress appeared who cashed. She acknowledged the reference to the waiting time with a snappy "Thanks for the tip." After 90 minutes we were able to leave the location, which, to our displeasure, is not only characterized by an underground service, but also by a penetrating smell of rotten eggs - and this is even noticeable through a mouth-nose mask. Conclusion: food ok, service highly phlegmatic. We will definitely not enter this place again.

Fresh lettuce combined with freshly prepared Italian vegetables from the pan, a delicious dressing! Great idea, tasty and good. The staff was very friendly and correct, I would love to come back.

Really delicious Italian eaten on the outside terrace. The saffron risotto with game fish was perfect.

Enjoy your meal. Nice view. Friendly and well organized service. Professional handling of corona rules. Gluten-free pasta dishes. Also Vitello Tonnato with gluten-free bread.

Nice location opposite the Maschsee. Interior boring and little flair. Even in these Corona times you could expect decent food. 4 out of 5 meals served were mediocre to underground. For very good quality, the prices would have been reasonable, if relatively expensive (Alsterwsser, wheat beer € 5.40 each), but everything was mercilessly overpriced and not even suitable for a snack. We were pretty embarrassed with our Swiss guests. -What a shame-

The bell’ARTE salad was almost always. Unfortunately, the home-baked bread was replaced by delivered bread. This is a shame, because the home-made bread was the real highlight.

It was the first time that I personally got my food from the restaurant had to fetch to eat the ordered pizzas and the salad on the terrace. The tables were not connected, so you could assume that too to be served outside. But that was not the case! The waitress, a young man, was too cold outside to serve us. And the at 12 degrees and sunshine !!! His tone was a bit snotty too. A gentleman on Next table, it was similar. He also had to get his wine himself. My complaint to the restaurant manager fell on deaf ears. The two stars get the food, which was ok, but not the service! I'm not used to this service from bell ‘ARTE !!!

Super delicious food with very courteous service. Since we are both not the big meat eaters, it is also important for us that there is a certain selection of vegetarian dishes. The selection is quite large here. For Fridays you can even order a vegetarian platter (from 2 people). It was also delicious. We will definitely come back when we are back in Hanover ???

Friendly and nice guys...I had a "hot"pizza and beer.Beer was good but the pizza wasn't hot at all and for that price it was also small.

Since I had the rating after all actually make a star worse. The practice of how guests are greeted with "How long do they intend to stay?", "Please remember, this table is reserved in an hour", but the coronation was: "You wanted to pay, the colleague said?" I already realize that you do not want guests, the z. For example, before a concert in the arena, spend hours here with a coffee or beer, but to show so obviously that is really bad.
